The number of people practicing in the group is limited, so the trainer\u2019s attention and time is enough for everyone. Here, the main thing is, don\u2019t be silent, if you have questions, ask.<br \/>\n&#8211; Move forward step by step. Don\u2019t try to do everything at once in your first classes. The poses will seem awkward and difficult, and that\u2019s normal. After all, you\u2019ve never done this before! Don&#8217;t be discouraged if something doesn&#8217;t work out right away, praise yourself for doing something today that you didn&#8217;t do yesterday.
